We were excited by the enthusiastic reception the initial release of our 2005 Lindstrom Stag's Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon received in the marketplace (WS 93, Vinfolio 98) and our 2006 Cabernet promises to be another outstanding wine. Winemaker, Celia Masyczek, describes the wine as beautifully balanced, characterized by very ripe, dark berry aromas and a few high notes of cedar, brown cigar-tobacco, and subtle wafts of anise and with a dense, soft, mouth-coating texture.
